• Employees of organizations with a paid C.A.R.E. Connect membership

During your appointment, your Workforce Development Consultant will:

• Listen without judgement.

• Learn about your situation and goals.

• Discuss available community resources. 

• Help identify programs you may qualify for. 

• Create an action plan tailored to your needs.

• Provide referrals and contact information. 

• Schedule follow-up support if needed.

Your conversations with C.A.R.E. Connect are confidential. Information shared during your appointment is not provided to your employer unless you give written permission or disclosure is required by law.
